Self-service options such as sign-in kiosks and real-time updates reduce wait times and improve patient and staff experience. The system can run both stand-alone and interfaced with your LIS/RIS system.
Smart Appointment
Smart Appointment regulates 'free walk-in' appointments and easily converts them to services 'by appointment'. The patient or visitor, for example for blood collection or material delivery, easily selects through this platform an available time slot at a location near him/her and automatically receives an appointment confirmation.
CassControl
With CassControl you increase the quality & efficiency of your existing claims process. Using real-time & batch controls, CassControl ensures that you always have correct claim information. Your gain: fewer rejected health care claims returned and significant time savings on sorting out incorrect or incomplete claims and checking personal and insurance data (Vecozo & SBV-Z).
Smart Visit
Efficient and easy check-in with your smartphone, without having to download an app. It's possible with Smart Visit. Prior to the appointment, specific checks are carried out to see whether (patient) data are still up to date. If not, the patient is referred in advance to the patient portal, selfservice kiosk or service counter, where the missing data can be completed.
Wachtrij Management
At the location, a patient can sign in at a sign-in kiosk. This can be done in various ways, including by scanning an ID card or QR code. This allows various checks to be performed and automatically places visitors in the appropriate queue. This is the strength of our software
Monitoring
Because the entire visitor journey is supported digitally, it is possible to monitor the entire process. Based on the right data, the process can be adjusted so that the visitor experience and staff deployment are optimized.
