De module biedt uitleg over de werkwijze op de spoed, geeft via een dashboard de actuele drukte weer en daaraan gerelateerd ook een gerichte indicatie van de wachttijd voor de pati\u00ebnt.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Veel pati\u00ebnten en hun begeleiders ervaren een bezoek aan de Spoedeisende Hulp (SEH) als stressvol. Pati\u00ebnten vragen zich tijdens hun verblijf\u00a0constant af hoelang het nog zal duren, waar men op wacht en wat de wachttijd is voor een onderzoek of contact met een zorgverlener. Dit kan leiden tot onrustige en vervelende situaties. De stress en onzekerheid bij pati\u00ebnten kan leiden tot irritatie en soms zelfs agressie. Dit heeft ook weerslag op de zorgverleners, die last kunnen hebben van de onzekerheid of agressie van pati\u00ebnten waarbij ze (te) vaak worden gevraagd of ze al iets kunnen zeggen over de wachttijden of het verloop.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Onderzoek heeft uitgewezen dat wanneer pati\u00ebnten ge\u00efnformeerd worden over waar zij zich in het zorgproces bevinden, wat de resterende wachttijd is en daarbij worden ge\u00efnformeerd over eventuele vertragingen veel van de stressfactoren kunnen worden weggenomen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section Logis.P real-time informatie over het verloop van het proces op de SEH. Zo wordt de pati\u00ebnt via informatieschermen ge\u00efnformeerd over het proces op de SEH, de huidige drukte en eventuele vertragingen. Hierbij worden bijvoorbeeld het proces via een film getoond op beeldschermen waar ook de drukte en wachttijden getoond kunnen worden.<\/p><p>Daarnaast is het mogelijk pati\u00ebnten persoonlijk te informeren over hun plaats in het proces. Pati\u00ebnten kunnen op hun eigen smartphone met Smart Visit van Logis.P real-time informatie zien over hun plek in het zorg proces, hoe ze getrieerd zijn, wat de status is van hun behandeling, bijvoorbeeld waarop er gewacht wordt, en een indictie van doorlooptijden. Hierbij wordt gebruik gemaakt van algemeen gebruikelijke standaarden zoals de National Emergency Department Overcrowding Score (NEDOCS), een score die aan geeft hoe druk het op de SEH is.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Op basis van dit inzicht kan gestuurd worden, bijvoorbeeld door het inzetten van extra personeel of door SEH-pati\u00ebnten te verwijzen naar ziekenhuizen in de omgeving. Met behulp van historische informatie wordt het bovendien makkelijker te voorspellen wat de verwachte drukte zal zijn en kan hierbij met de planning en bezetting rekening worden
