Dit kan gepaard gaan met onbegrip, stress en in sommige gevallen zelfs agressie richting de zorgverleners.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Logis.P heeft in een studie ge\u00efnventariseerd hoe de informatievoorziening op de SEH geoptimaliseerd kan worden. Centrale vraag in deze studie was te onderzoeken hoe pati\u00ebnten op de spoed beter ge\u00efnformeerd kunnen worden over de werking van de SEH, hun verwachtte wachttijd en lopende onderzoeken.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De uitkomsten van de studie zijn door Logis.P verwerkt in een speciale module die erop gericht is om pati\u00ebnten op de SEH optimaal te informeren. Deze module omvat verschillende componenten en bestaat uit o.a. uit narrowcasting schermen, een online webapplicatie (die pati\u00ebnten via hun mobile device kunnen raadplegen) en informatiezuilen die pati\u00ebnten kunnen informeren over de wachttijden, triagekleur, status van lopende onderzoeken en informatie over de werkwijze op de SEH.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijdens het <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/G9_1tWhqCcc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"webinar (opens in a new tab)\">webinar<\/a> maakt u onder andere kennis met:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Onderzoeksresultaten onderzoek \u2018Betere informatievoorziening aan pati\u00ebnten op de SEH\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Functionaliteiten van de SEH module, waaronder drukte dashboard, informatie animatie en \u2018Personal Visit Page\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Automatische drukte berekening volgens NEDOC-score als onderdeel van de SEH module.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het webinar is interessant voor teamleiders, verpleegkundigen en co\u00f6rdinatoren van de spoedeisende hulp en stafadviseurs en informatiemanagers van het cluster acuut.
