Smart integrations and optimal preparation
De visitors journey begint bij het maken van de afspraak. Dit kan op vele manieren en via verschillende systemen worden gedaan. Om de bezoekerservaring te verbeteren is het van belang dat de patiënt of bezoeker vooraf al weet waar hij of zij naar toe moet en welke voorbereiding eventueel benodigd is. De integratie met bronsystemen en gebruik van onder andere Smart Visit in combinatie met afspraakherinneringen via sms, whatsapp of e-mail waarborgen een goed geïnformeerde bezoeker en verlagen het aantal no-shows.
Integration of Systems, Apps and Portals
Appointments can be made in many different ways; by telephone, by an operator in the organisation or by the patient or visitor themselves by means of a (patient) portal or app. Logis.P solutions are seamlessly integrated with all current source systems and platforms. This means that the same appointment data are used throughout the entire visitor’s journey Logis.P ensures that those data are kept up to date and remain directly accessible in a simple and automated manner throughout the process. In addition, Logis.P also utilises API’s to seamlessly integrate with other systems that are used to guide the patient or visitor as effectively as possible throughout the visitor’s journey. This includes third-party apps, in-house navigation and questionnaires.
Smart Visit
Efficient and easy check-in with your smartphone, without having to download an app. It's possible with Smart Visit. Prior to the appointment, specific checks are carried out to see whether (patient) data are still up to date. If not, the patient is referred in advance to the patient portal, selfservice kiosk or service counter, where the missing data can be completed.
Are all details in order? Then Smart Visit will display - in addition to the specific appointment information for that day - the QR code that the patient can use to go directly to the outpatient clinic or Self measurement kiosk can check-in. During the hospital visit, Smart Visit can also display information about waiting times or indoor navigation in the hospital. Appointment Reminders
This functionality offers an advanced solution for sending directed appointment reminders. Smooth-running appointment planning is enormously valuable. Patient ‘no-shows’ are very costly (the contact person or therapist/carer is waiting for nothing) and always demand extra handling (making contact, new appointments, etc.). Logis.P automatically sends reminders and other notifications by means of applications, such as email, SMS and WhatsApp, to prevent no-shows. It is also possible to send messages to remind patients and visitors to make periodical check-up or follow-up appointments.
Smart Appointment
Smart Appointment regulates open consultations and converts them to service by appointment through a series of simple procedures. In the case of, for example, a blood test or handing in material, the patient or visitor can simply use the platform to select an available time slot at a location in their own neighbourhood, after which they will automatically receive an appointment confirmation. This helps to prevent crowded waiting rooms and supports the management of the number of people in each location. The patient or visitor can obtain access to Smart Appointment via the organisation’s own website. The platform is easy to manage centrally and to link to the ZIS / ERP or CRM system, but this is not a necessary requirement.
By setting up the entire patient journey in a digital manner, you can monitor the entire process. With the correct data at hand, you can then adjust the process to improve patient experience and staff deployment.
